County Road 17 Closure
FARGO, N.D. – As part of the ongoing construction of the stormwater diversion channel portion of the FM Area Diversion project, County Road 17, south of Horace, will be closed to traffic. The closure will begin on the north side of CR 16 and extend north to 112th Ave S. During this closure, ASN Constructors will be paving the roadway approaches on each end of the new bridge.
The closure will begin on Thursday, May 7, 2026, and last through Thursday, May 28, 2026. These dates are dependent on weather conditions and may change. Signage is currently in place to notify motorists of the upcoming closure.
A clearly signed detour will be in place to route traffic around the closure using County Road 14, County Road 21 and County Road 16.
The public is asked to allow extra time to navigate the detour and remain alert to changing travel patterns.
