1. CALL TO ORDER

Mark Alpert called the meeting to order at 10 A.M. CT. Roll call was taken, and a quorum of the Technical Dispute Resolution Board was present.

2. APPROVE THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
MOTION PASSED
Ed Pensock moved to approve the order of the agenda and Charles Boland seconded the motion. On a voice vote, the motion carried.

3. THE FOLLOWING TOPICS WERE DISCUSSED

  • Hearing date set for July 15 with the meeting to be governed and consistent with the Final Operating Procedures
  • Discussion regarding recent inquiry from North Dakota Attorney General regarding status of TDRB as a public entity subject to the North Dakota open meetings laws and need to retain legal counsel to represent the Board in this inquiry.

Charles Boland moved to adjourn, and Ed Pensock seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 11 A.M. CT.
