A virtual SharePoint training session was held on February 3, 2026. The following members were present: Joseph Allegro and Chris Kane.

Member(s) absent: Randy Hafer.

Others present: John Shockley, MFDA legal counsel; Howard Swanson MFDA representative; Dawn Lindblom, MFDA recording secretary; Amanda Franklin, Jacobs SharePoint facilitator; Kevin Custer, Jacobs document control and Kris Bakkegard, MFDA engineering director.

Meeting notice was posted on the entrance door of the Metro Flood Diversion Authority.

 

1. CALL TO ORDER

Mr. Allegro advised to begin the meeting at 2:07 PM. A quorum of the TDRB was present.

 

2. SHAREPOINT TRAINING

Mr. Custer introduced himself and began the training session. Ms. Franklin joined and addressed her specific areas of expertise and answered questions regarding issues that have been encountered.

 

3. ADJOURNMENT

The training session concluded at 2:26 PM.
