Sealed Bids for the construction of the Test Holes and Production Well Drilling Work Package Cass Rural Water Users District – Reservoir A Wellfield– Phase 47G (WP-47G) project will be received at the office of Ohnstad Twichell, 444 Sheyenne St, Ste 102, West Fargo, ND 58078, until 1:00 pm local time on November 12, 2025.
