The video, which details the draft conceptual design of the Project, displays a fly-over starting at the Diversion’s southern end, then traveling west, north, and northeast, and finally concluding at the Diversion Outlet. Various stages of design have occurred to date, with more detailed design on the north end of the Project.
The video also includes narration of Project details by Diversion Project consultants as the fly-over video progresses.
The video was most recently shown at the Red River Basin Commission’s 31st Annual Red River Basin Land & Water International Summit Conference.
